St George's School

St George's School

A lot has happened over the last 130 years – not least the creation and evolution of St. Georges School in Edinburgh. From their humble beginnings in Melville Street with only 50 pupils to the present site at Murrayfield with both domestic and international students, the school has come a long way.

We wanted to help them celebrate and showcase this amazing history that survived 2 World wars.

The history was researched by historians to ensure no stone was left unturned. The result is a 10m long timeline that runs the length of the reception wall area as you enter the school. It’s proved to be a great talking point for staff, pupils and visitors.

As well as the timeline being created to celebrate this history, each year group at the school were tasked with creating an image that reflected their thoughts on the school. The results were fantastic so we printed each of the images onto the back of the St. Georges school flag which flies at the entrance to the school.

We have recently created and installed a variety of internal and external signage throughout the campus. We designed and produced an illuminated monolith sign for the new sports pavilion as well as refreshing various building signage. As you can see, the end result is impressive.
