House of Hearing was first established in 1969 to support those in need of expert audiology care. Years later, a former client , now in a new role, got back in touch to ask if we could help refresh the website and marketing materials.
Hearing technology has come a long way over the past 50 years, and House of Hearing is perfectly placed to support customers with hearing health assessments and the latest hearing systems.
The aim of the new website was to provide clear, accessible information while encouraging customers to book an appointment at one of their five clinics. Through the creative use of video and photography, the site not only informs but also gives a real sense of the care and expertise each patient can expect from House of Hearing.
Alongside the website, we designed a full suite of supporting materials – from literature, posters and stationery to a press and direct mail campaign – all focused on showcasing the wide range of services on offer.
The clinic signage was also due a refresh. It had become dated and inconsistent across the various clinics. We were commissioned to replace the external signage at the Edinburgh and St Andrews clinics with new, bespoke powder-coated sign trays – with Galashiels and Perth next in line for an update later this year. After all, making a great first impression is key when welcoming patients to the clinic.
